Project Description:  Joondalup Health Campus (JHC) Development Stage 2 expansion.
Full hospital expansion works on top of the previously approved works already underway, namely, increasing capacity in the Emergency Department.

Hydraulic scope of works:

• Water supply, potable, non-potable and recycled systems
• Sanitary plumbing and drainage
• Trade waste drainage and treatment
• Roof and storm water drainage, including siphon drainage
• Civil stormwater, water and sewer diversion works

Challenges: Working within a live hospital environment.

Major Achievements: Following the completion of early works, we were welcomed back to JHC to carry out further hydraulic works.
